Our Event Directors will research and strategize to select the most
suitable destination and resort to meet your company's objectives,
advising you as to the facilities and services available at various
destinations, resorts and hotels.
3. Confirm a group rate
Our in-house travel agency will negotiate a group rate for air and
hotel accommodations and make any special travel arrangements you
require. Perhaps you would like to charter a private luxury plane or
arrange for airport limousine transfers. With our travel consultants
managing your arrangements, the sky is the limit.
4. Multimedia Package
Our design team will brand the destination event for your company. We
will design event invitations, itineraries, special event menus, event
t-shirts, hats, posters, flyers and more to create excitement among
your participants. Luxe will also design and host a website for your
company's event to give participants updated information about the
plans, destination, travel, weather, etc. The website will also be a
forum to post pictures after the event.
5. Event Budgeting
Luxe develops a customized budget, which allows you to make strategic
decisions while maintaining control over your event's objectives. We
will work with you to determine where your money can be most
effectively spent, helping you choose the most cost effective solutions
for your needs within your budget.
6. Plan and Coordinate the Event
Now it is time to plan the on-site events! Luxe can coordinate any kind
of event you can imagine. Perhaps you are interested in a private yacht
cruise, or a best ball golf tournament at an Oceanside course. We
arrange everything — transportation, booking conference facilities,
photographers, musicians, private events and more. Tell us your vision
and we will make it a reality!
7. Corporate Gifts
Luxe arranges corporate gifts for your participants. Provide us a budget and we will ensure your employees feel appreciated.
8. On-site Event Management
Two Luxe event coordinators will travel to your destination. Our
experienced staff will look after every detail, so that you can relax
and focus on your event objectives.
